From Dark to Light Solo Exhibit This series, “From Dark to Light,” examines the theme of light and dark and its various interpretations in the Qur’an. The painting explores the Qur’anic concept of duality through contrast between night and day. Verses written in gold create the likeness of a shimmering field of flowers, or that of ripples in a moon-lit pond.
