From Dark To Light Solo Exhibit
This series, “From Dark to Light,” examines the theme of light and dark and its various interpretations in the Qur’an. Inspired by the verse describing the loss of a child, “I will have the most beautiful patience,” I thought of the harsh reality of losing a child, losing a breast to cancer, losing your youth—I thought of the feminine side of loss. A precious antique memory box came to mind.
